How can I add a link to PDF document in an email?

How do I?

I know I can upload a PDF in the documents menu but I was hoping I could link to that document in a mail merge email. Is this possible?

Yes, you can make the PDF document available in an email via a link! Once you have added your document it will be available in Five’s editor when creating your email template. In the ribbon of the editor you will find ‘Tags’ and the ID for your document will be listed here to select and be placed in your template. When a user receives the email a link will be provided to download the document file.
