Lately I’m having the following problems, which never happened in the past:
1: Can’t export FDF. When I log in to my Control account, click “Applications”, then click my application, I should then be able to click the Export button, and the FDF gets created and goes into the Downloads folder. This has always worked, but in the last week or so it doesn’t. I move the cursor over the Export button, the cursor becomes a pointing finger, I click the exit button, the cursor stays as a pointing finger even if I move it away from the button. To me this seems indicative of some process running, right? But instead of the file “jumping” into the Downloads icon in my dock like it always has, nothing further happens. The cursor eventually returns to an arrow.
2: To save screen real estate in Safari, I created a tab group, and moved the various forum posts that I have open into that tab group. Now when I’m working in Five Control account, then I want to see the forum post, I simply click on the “Forum” tab group, and I can choose the particular tab that relates to my forum post. However, when I click back on the main tabs in the sidebar, my Five tab is still active, but I am logged out. I have to log in again as Control. This happens even if I visit the tab group for just a moment or two. Is there something going on at your end? right this minute, when I go back to the Five tab in Safari, I’m getting this:
